OBJECTIVE
Manage legal processes and documents, in order to make legal procedures involving legal certainty, corporate governance, compliance and sustainability applicable and effective. Analyze business risks and propose mitigating actions, aiming at decision making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide legal advice, at the corporate level.
Act and monitor judicial and extrajudicial processes and procedures.
Research in legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence.
Prepare and analyze contracts, notices and legal documents in general.
Prepare and analyze notifications, powers of attorney, petitions, defenses and judicial and administrative appeals.
Prepare the articles of incorporation and corporate structuring.
Management of corporate legal documents.
Legal support for corporate decision-making.
Support to governance, compliance and sustainability procedures.
Identify business risks and propose mitigating actions, aiming at decision making.
Preparation and review of policies, manuals, standards and internal procedures.
Management and coordination of corporate due diligence.
Participation in audits.
Management and interface with external legal consultancy.
GRADUATION
Bachelor of Laws - (with OAB Certificate)
Desirable: Specialization in Contracts
EXPERIENCE
5 years of experience in Corporate Legal environment
KNOWLEDGE
Fluent English.
Drafting, analysis and management of contracts (low, medium and high complexity).
Applicable Corporate Law.
Corporate due diligence.
Corporate governance, compliance and sustainability.
Identification, measurement and mitigation of risks.
